The enemy may very well be looking at you through that toilet paper tube or, what others have called "a hole in a doughnut." To take advantage of his visual distortion, sidestep quickly to your right or left so that you, in effect, disappear or "go off his radar screen." In order to visually reacquire you, he has to blink, draw back and move his head in your direction. In the critical second it takes for him to do that, you have a brief moment of advantage.
