The number one type of relationship behavior that we change during our police sniper courses is the brotherly "ragging." We want the snipers to adopt the same positive reinforcement style that we use to teach them so they are all hearing positive reinforcement more often and are making positive reinforcement statements. Our theory is that the more you listen, talk, read, and write about a thing happening, the more likely that thing is going to happen.
